General terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

All services provided by the online store for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to place a binding order. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Immediately after receipt of the order, the online store confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. A contract is not yet concluded by the confirmation of receipt. The purchase contract is only through delivery of the goods. The online store operator is free to reject orders without giving reasons in whole or in part. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims due to delay or failure of delivery are excluded.

3. Payment options

The prices stated on the article page include the statutory value added tax and other price components and are in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. The customer has the payment options offered as a means of payment in the online store under "Payment method". In the case of payment by credit card or other means of immediate payment, the charge will be made when the order is placed. In the case of payment in advance, delivery will be made only after receipt of payment. Payments must be made in Swiss francs, unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and shipping

All items are shipped according to the shipping conditions listed in the store. On the article page or in the shopping cart of the online store, the customer will be informed of a provisional delivery date or the customer will be contacted and an individual delivery date will be agreed. If an item is not available at short notice, the store operator will inform the customer about the expected delivery time, provided that a correct address is available from the customer. The shipping conditions usually apply only within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. For deliveries abroad, the customer assumes the applicable taxes and duties, as well as the package fees and any other expenses for administration. The payment method invoice can be excluded by the store operator for orders from abroad.

5. Right of return

Orders obligate the customer to the acceptance of the articles and/or achievements. Subsequent changes or cancellations of orders of the customer can accept the Shop operator after free discretion and charge a Umtriebsentschädigung.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the online store operator until full payment of the purchase price.

7. Default of payment

If the payment is not made within the due date, the customer is in default. In this case, the store operator reserves the right to charge the customer a reminder fee in addition to the invoice amount. In addition to the payment of the invoice amount, the customer is also obligated to reimburse all costs arising from the delay in payment.

8. Warranty

The store operator provides warranty by rectifying defects. This is done at his discretion by supplementary performance, namely elimination of a defect (rectification) or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement). If the subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to insignificant defects. A right of the customer to reduction is excluded.

9. Disclaimer

The store operator excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of contract.

10. Final provisions

If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
